moving forward, slowly

It's rather scary that November is almost half-over and I've done basically nothing on the chapter that's slated to be finished over the course of this month and the first half of next. Pretty much all I've completed towards this chapter this month so far was a going over the translation from which I'm extracting my material, taking notes and cleaning it up and making sure that all the last remaining untranslated phrases were fixed. I finally finished that today, so, for everyone's delectaction, I can now present Appendix D.
