2 years ago today I defended my Ph.D.
Today I started my new job in Tilburg, the first time in nearly 10 years that Joel and I have not been employed in the same building.
I have an office with large afternoon-facing windows overlooking a plant-covered terrace. The sun is streaming in, and the window is open for some fresh air. Things are off to a good start.
