Gwen language notes
Jan. 25th, 2016 12:41 pmTwo more of them.
Sometimes when Gwen uses new words, I'm not sure if she coined them or if they're just British words I'm not familiar with. Either way, in the last few days I was introduced to two new ones. Saturday on the way home she had the hiccoughs, and when one of them caught in her throat as she was trying to talk, she described the sound of it to me as "strumbling" (or perhaps "strumbeling"). This morning, her tights got bunched up when she put her shoes on, and she complained that her foot had gotten "buffled".
Talking with her is always a delight.
