Feb. 27th, 2016 01:09 pmLast night, a telephone rang in my dreams, and was realistic enough that it woke me up. It then took awhile to fall back asleep, which was rather irritating.
When I did fall back asleep, I was balancing my teaching and tutorial load with my other job, namely midwifery (people in the UK can probably deduce what I do with my Sunday nights). I was 10 minutes late to a tutorial one morning because I'd just delivered a baby. It was actually incredibly satisfying.
