did I have a bizarre dream last night...

It involved
a) a very shiny bicycle
b) the big hill just up the block from where I lived until I was 10
c) trying on lots and lots of shiny, sparkly, glittery dresses in hopes of finding the one that someone had said he liked
d) someone I met this summer
e) long lost cousins (which don't in fact really exist)
f) someone who thought my name was Laura
g) my sister's childhood best friend
and, weirdest enough
h) not Joel.

Almost since I met him, any prolonged dream I've had has always involved him, perhaps not as him, perhaps not as my husband, perhaps a big part, perhaps a small part, but he's pretty much always has at least a cameo appearance in my dreams. So, it was an odd dream from many perspectives. But those shiny, sparkly, glittery dresses sure were fun!

I'm still working through the 1541 lay subsidy roll of London, and what did I just find in Cripplegate Ward? The Clarencious Kinge of Armys (who paid £100 in taxes) and one Mr. York Harrold (who paid £50 in taxes, and whose given name I really doubt is "York".)
