Two of them this time:

Zombie: We all know what it means, but how many of us know its etymology? Per the OED online s.v. zombie, the word first appeared in the early 19th C and is of West African origin; they note Kongo nzambi 'god' and zumbi 'fetish'.

Concupiscence: This word even sounds like it should be lewd - and it is: "1. Eager or vehement desire; in Theol. use the coveting of ‘carnal things’, desire for the ‘things of the world’," first used in c.1340 per the online OED s.v. concupiscence.
