peeing in public

One thing I haven't gotten used to here is the fact that people (well, men) seem to have absolutely no issue with relieving themselves in public. I've noticed it happening at least 5 different times, most recently just a moment ago. Either they'll be under the willow tree on the canal which is in front of the big window in our living room, or they'll be at a little corner in a hip-high wall which is in front of the window our kitchen table is it.
